For centuries the local area all around the Domain de Paradis has been producing wine. Grapes grown include Syrah, Grenache, Merlot and dessert-wine grapes. The main wine produced is Costieres de Nimes and it is only right that those living here should have the chance to sample its produce. All residents of Domaine de Paradis will receive 2 cases of locally-produced wine each year for their first 5 years in residence. |
